Eren Doğan, valedictorian of the Undergraduate Computer Science Program at Özyeğin University and currently a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, Santa Cruz, has been selected as one of four UC students to receive the inaugural Costas John Spanos Semiconductor Manufacturing Award.

Recognizing graduate researchers for their contributions to the future of semiconductor devices, technology, design, and manufacturing, the award marks an important achievement in Doğan’s international academic journey. In addition to making valuable contributions to semiconductor technologies and computer engineering, Doğan’s work also highlights the strong presence of our alumni in the global research ecosystem.
