Throughout the 2025–2026 Academic Year, President Prof. Barış Tan met with students from leading high schools in Türkiye, including Robert College, Kabataş Boys High School, Hüseyin Avni Sözen Anatolian High School, İstanbul Atatürk Science High School, Özel Sezin High School, Lycee Sainte Pulchérie Istanbul, TÜBİTAK Science High School, Lycée Saint-Joseph, and Kadıköy Anatolian High School, for in-depth discussions on the future of higher education.

President Tan and participants explored the changing dynamics of higher education, the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on education, the importance of interdisciplinary approaches, and the skills of the future. Students also had the opportunity to ask President Tan questions directly on a broad range of topics spanning from university life and career planning to research culture and international education opportunities at Özyeğin University.

The sessions helped students broaden their horizons, exchange ideas, and explore new perspectives, while offering insights into academic and career planning and encouraging them to consider the skills and competencies they will need in a rapidly changing world.
