Organized under the leadership of our “Gastronomy and Culinary Arts” and “Hotel Management” departments, the “Sustainability By Design: Circular Solutions and Future Trends in Gastronomy and Hotel Management Conference” brought together academics and industry professionals to explore the latest developments redefining the future of the gastronomy and hospitality sectors.
Throughout the conference, experts from diverse disciplines examined sustainable practices, circular economy models, and innovative solutions for the future. The program connected industry professionals on a shared platform, fostering exchange of knowledge and experience.
Sessions addressed a wide range of forces driving the transformation of the industry, including sustainable gastronomy, circular food systems, the relationship between agriculture and design, emerging trends in hotel management, applications of artificial intelligence, investment dynamics, and changing consumer expectations.
